Safety Tip Tuesday | December 2014 Recap
Traveling with kids can be stressful. Make sure you’ve briefed them on all the important info before heading to the airport.
The Holiday parties are fast approaching, and as you plan for caterers, bartenders, & chair/table/linen rental companies to be in your home, make sure you can trust them. Ask the right questions, and most importantly-Don’t be home alone. Invite a friend over for coffee!
If you plan on leaving town for Christmas, make sure your home doesn’t appear empty. If you usually park in your driveway or on the street, ask a neighbor to park one of their cars there while you’re away. Thieves look for a disruption in habits. Don’t give them the green light.
Your day after Christmas trash is a big indicator of all the nice, new gifts you received. Thieves have been known to dig through it to determine the value of what’s in your home. The best way to dispose of boxes is to drop them off at a recycling center. Use black trash bags & cut boxes down/flip them inside out to deter criminals.
