Annual criminal background checks are required on all employees, contractors & subcontractors following C.A.U.S.E. Minimum Screening Standards and criminal investigations are compared to the C.A.U.S.E. Matrix for Certification eligibility.

FREE to consumers, SOON C.A.U.S.E. Certified Service Providers will be searchable by zip code and type of service on the C.A.U.S.E. website. C.A.U.S.E. Certified Service Providers can grant their customers unique access to the C.A.U.S.E. Clearinghouse to view a picture and physical description of the tech assigned to their service work.
